Global Pixel Advisory Network
We turn your headshot into a strategic asset.
Consultants & Co. is the world's only management consultancy where every consultant is a free, studio-redrawn, 16-bit pixel-art portrait of an actual human — with an actual crypto wallet stapled to its actual forehead. We call this synergy. Our lawyers call it "experimental."
Exhibit 1.1
"A Framework for Monetizing Your Own Face"
A Tier-One Consulting Firm charges $2M and a 90-slide deck to tell you to "leverage synergies." We charge nothing and give you a wallet. You do the math. (We are consultants — we will not be doing the math for you. That's a billable follow-on engagement.)
Our Methodology
The Three-Pillar Framework™
Every top-tier consultancy has a proprietary framework with a trademarked name and a triangle diagram. Ours has three pillars because three sounded more rigorous than two and less exhausting than five.
01
Upload
Submit a photo of your actual face. Our studio studies your features with the intensity of a junior analyst studying a client's balance sheet at 2am — then redraws you as a 1990s 16-bit pixel-art portrait. Glasses, hair, and existential dread all preserved.
02
Mint
Your pixel portrait becomes a free NFT (you pay only network gas, same as everyone else on every chain, forever — we don't control that, take it up with Ethereum). Minting deploys you a personal ERC-6551 smart wallet, bolted to the NFT itself.
03
Monetize
Anyone, anywhere, can purchase $FEES and route it straight into your NFT's wallet — as a tip, a retainer, or blind admiration for your jawline. Sell the NFT later and the wallet, and everything still flowing into it, goes with the buyer. Forever. That's the whole trick.

The Mint Flow, Explained Slowly
We know NFTs have a reputation. Mostly earned. Ours works like this, in plain English, with no roadmap PDF required:
- 1
You upload a photo.
JPG or PNG, up to 10MB. Face-forward headshots strongly preferred — side profiles make our studio nervous.
- 2
We redraw you.
Your actual face gets studied closely and repainted as retro 16-bit pixel art — dropped into a randomly chosen work environment, from a glass-walled conference room to, occasionally, the surface of the moon. Not a blur filter, not a downscale, an honest-to-god style transfer that keeps you recognizable as you.
- 3
We write your bio.
You provide a name and your real skills. Everything else — your fake consulting title, your deadpan corporate bio — is written for you, in the house voice, so nobody has to write their own LinkedIn summary from scratch.
- 4
You preview, then mint.
Like the result? Connect a wallet, confirm the transaction, and the image is permanently written to your new Consultant NFT.
- 5
A wallet appears, unprompted.
Every mint deploys an ERC-6551 token-bound account — a real smart-contract wallet owned by the NFT itself, not by you personally. Sell the NFT, and the wallet (and its balance) transfers with it. This is the entire business model.

$FEES: An Economy Built on the World's Oldest Consulting Joke
Every consultant eventually says the quiet part loud: it's about the fees. We just built that into the token ticker so nobody has to pretend otherwise on a call.
Buying $FEES
Anyone can visit the Retain a Consultant page, enter any Consultant's token ID, and spend native currency to buy them $FEES on the spot — with an optional message attached, so "here's $50, please fix our logo" is now a fully on-chain job request. No account, no onboarding call, no "let's circle back next sprint."
- Tip your favorite Consultant as a stranger.
- Attach a job request message — permanent, public, and non-negotiable.
- Top up your own Consultant to look busy.
- 90% funds the distribution pool. 10% goes to the firm.
Why the Wallet Matters
The $FEES doesn't land with you — it lands with the NFT. Sell the Consultant, and every dollar that has ever flowed in, and every dollar that will ever flow in going forward, belongs to whoever buys it. You are, functionally, selling a small consulting business with a face.
This is either a groundbreaking primitive for tokenizing personal brand cash-flow, or an elaborate way to trade JPEGs with benefits. We remain deliberately agnostic on which. That's called thought leadership.

The Org Chart Nobody Asked For
Every real consultancy has a promotion ladder that means nothing to clients and everything to the person climbing it. Ours is at least mathematically transparent: your rank is just your Consultant's $FEES balance, checked live, on-chain, by anyone.

1× distribution weight
Associate
Default rank
2× distribution weight
Director
2× the average Consultant
4× distribution weight
VP
10× the average Consultant
8× distribution weight
Partner
50× the average Consultant
Thresholds are dynamic, not fixed numbers — they scale automatically with the live average $FEES balance per minted Consultant, so rank stays meaningful whether there are 5 Consultants on staff or 5,000.
The Bonus Pool
90% of every single $FEES purchase, plus 90% of every 5% secondary-sale royalty on an NFT resale (the other 10% of each goes to the firm, same split, every time), flows into a shared Bonus Pool. Periodically, anyone can trigger a payout — the pool splits pro-rata across every Consultant, weighted by tier, straight into their bound wallets.
Practically: a Partner-tier Consultant earns 8x the distribution of an Associate, on top of whatever $FEES they were tipped directly. Rank has its privileges. We did tell you this was a real consultancy.
Paid in ETH
Every Bonus Pool payout lands in native ETH — no secondary token, no synthetic asset, nothing to explain twice. What flows in as fees and royalties flows back out the same way it came in.
Your Consultant's 401t shows the running ETH balance live, on the Corporate Directory, at all times.
Vesting, Sort Of
Withdraw from your 401t within your first 2 years at the firm and it costs a hardcoded 15% early-withdrawal penalty — not owner-adjustable, same treatment as every other fixed fee in this system. You still get 85% of whatever you pull.
The penalty itself splits the same way everything else does: 90% back into the Bonus Pool, 10% to the firm. "Joining" means your mint date — it never resets, even if you get Terminated and rehired.

Minting Is Gated. Holding Is Not.
There is exactly one way to create new $FEES: buy it through the Retain a Consultant page, and it can only ever be minted into a Consultant NFT's 401t — your own, or someone else's as a tip. There is no way to mint $FEES to a plain wallet that isn't attached to an NFT.
Once minted, it's a completely ordinary ERC-20. The Consultant can withdraw it out of their 401t straight to their personal wallet, then do anything with it from there — sell it, gift it, or drop it into a liquidity pool on any DEX. Minting is gated; moving it afterward is not.
The Price and the Cap
$FEES targets a fixed 100-tokens-per-$1 price (i.e. one $FEES aims to track $0.01). Since the contract only understands native currency, not dollars, that peg is maintained by tuning the on-chain price as ETH's own USD value moves — same mechanism any fixed-USD-price on-chain product uses without an oracle.
Total supply is hard-capped at 1,000,000,000 $FEES, enforced directly in the contract. Minting past the cap simply reverts — there is no owner switch to raise it later, at any point, for any reason.

Up or Out (Yes, Really)
Every real consulting firm quietly runs on this rule: bring in business, or get shown the door. We didn't invent it. We just put it in a smart contract where nobody can pretend it isn't happening.
Active
Bought $FEES for yourself or tipped another Consultant recently. Full distribution weight.
Probation
Gone quiet too long. Distribution weight is cut in half until you buy again.
Terminated
Idle far too long. Zero distribution weight — cut off from the flywheel entirely.
What Counts as "Bringing Revenue"
A Consultant has to personally initiate a $FEES purchase — buying for themselves, or retaining/tipping another Consultant — to reset their clock. Simply being tipped by a client does not count; the firm isn't impressed that you're popular, only that you're generating deal flow yourself.
One qualifying purchase, of any size, instantly reinstates full status. There is no appeal process. There is only a transaction.
What Termination Doesn't Do
A terminated Consultant keeps their NFT, their bound wallet, and every dollar already inside it. They can still receive direct client tips through the Retain page — the cutoff only applies to the shared Bonus Pool payout, not to their existence.
Terminated Consultants are shown as such in the Corporate Directory, publicly, forever — or until they buy their way back in.
Open Positions
Only 1,000 Seats at the Firm
Real headcount. The firm employs a fixed number of Consultants at a time — nobody earns from the Bonus Pool just by minting. When every seat is taken, new mints start as Interns: they can still buy and hold $FEES, they just don't earn a cut of the pool until they're hired.
Interns
Minted after the firm was already full. Full NFT, full 401t, full ability to buy or receive $FEES — zero Bonus Pool weight until a seat opens up.
The Waiting List
Not a queue you sign up for — it's Interns and previously Terminated Consultants, ranked purely by whoever holds the most $FEES right now. Buy more, move up. There's no other way to jump the line.
How a Seat Opens
Only one way in: a position holder gets Terminated for going idle too long. The moment that's processed, the richest Consultant on the waiting list is auto-hired into the empty seat — no application, no interview, just the biggest $FEES balance.

The Part That Isn't a Joke
Underneath the pixel art and the fake org chart is a real hiring marketplace. Every Consultant lists actual skills. Anyone can hire them for actual work, paid in actual stablecoins — no $FEES, no protocol fee, no satire.
List Real Skills
At mint, add a comma-separated list of what you actually do — Solidity, copywriting, cold outreach, whatever pays your rent. Update it anytime after minting; skills change faster than a bio should.
Every skill shows up as a tag in the Corporate Directory, so clients can actually find you for the right job.
Get Paid in Stablecoins
The Hire page lets a client pick any Consultant, describe a task, and pay in USDC (or another allowlisted stablecoin) — straight into the same 401t $FEES lands in.
This is a separate payment rail from $FEES on purpose: real client work shouldn't be taxed like a speculative tip. No protocol cut by default.
